If you are experiencing printer problems, whether it is a PAL issue, setup issue, or if you are not sure if it is a hardware problem, please contacts us by completing the Support form below and one of our technical experts will be happy to assist.

If your AMT Datasouth printer is in need of an actual physical repair, please submit an RMA Request so that we can diagnose and fix the problem. We also refurbish printers (current models and some older models). We can provide estimates for repairs once we have received and inspected the printer.
