Request an RMA

Please fill out the required information and we will provide you with an RMA number. One we receive the printer, we will evaluate it and provide an estimate for repairs. At that time you can either approve or deny the estimate. If you deny the estimate, there will be a $75 fee for the test and evaluation labor.

When submitting more than one RMA with the same “Bill To” and “Ship To” information, choose the option to enter another RMA where indicated below.
